About us

Hubbard Conservation is a specialist historic building and environment consultancy located in the Cotswolds; nestled between the Oxfordshire, Gloucestershire, Warwickshire borders; taking on projects both locally and further afield.

We provide a pragmatic approach with regard to restoration, renovation, adaption, repairs, and development of the historic environment, as well advice on finding viable, sensible and sustainable use for redundant buildings.

Our aim is to provide the client with realistic advice and support, tailor made to each and every project and situation. We provide a comprehensive and personal service from the concept of the project through to the end.

We also enjoy working as part of a collective multi-disciplined team, particularly working alongside highly experienced architects and planning consultants, all of which have a wealth of historic environment experience, ensuring the client has the welcome benefit of an experienced team supporting and guiding the project through to completion.

Beyond the usual realm of projects requiring planning permission, we at Hubbard Conservation have experience of working alongside Historic England and their Scientific Dating team collaborating with the some of the countries most experienced Dendrochronoligists (tree-ring analysis) and experts in Radiocarbon dating.

Victoria Hubbard MSc is an affiliate member of the Institute of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC).
